Terms Of Service And Recurring Billing Policy

Last Updated: July 2026.

AIEP Growth Services, operated by AIEP LLC, is a merchant marketing and customer loyalty platform for promotional reward distribution, merchant vouchers, campaign visibility, and verified proof tracking.

The $99 Business Launch fee covers immediate platform provisioning, onboarding review, dashboard access, business profile setup, and campaign-ready configuration work that may begin after payment confirmation. Optional $39/mo Growth Platform Access is billed monthly until canceled.

Businesses may cancel the monthly subscription from Account Settings using the Cancel Subscription action or by emailing support@getaiepgrowth.com. Cancellation stops future subscription billing after the current billing period; it does not reverse already completed setup, redeemed merchant vouchers, or approved participant-facing commitments.

AIEP Growth does not operate games of chance, sweepstakes, or random-award programs. Offers and rewards are provided directly by participating merchants and are tied to verified proof of activity, published campaign requirements, and merchant approval.

Merchants are responsible for accurate campaign information, lawful promotional offers, approved assets, service availability, voucher terms, and honoring stated merchant commitments. AIEP Growth may approve, pause, reject, or close campaigns for integrity, safety, operational, or compliance reasons.

Customers and participants must follow activity instructions, submit accurate proof of activity, avoid fraud, avoid duplicate submissions, and avoid misleading content. Submitted proof may be approved, rejected, or returned for more information.

Earned Rewards, Promotional Offers, and Merchant Vouchers are subject to activity approval, campaign limits, fraud review, merchant availability, payout safety checks, expiration rules, and applicable law.

Cash and digital rewards are disbursed directly to participants upon verified task completion and merchant approval. Rewards are funded by the participating merchant and distributed via supported digital payout channels (e.g., Cash App, Zelle, PayPal) subject to campaign availability and fraud verification.

Merchant-funded participant reward pools are pass-through funds earmarked for approved participant payouts and are separate from AIEP Service & Platform Fees, including Business Launch, Growth Platform Access, campaign setup, and approved add-ons.

Participants are responsible for reporting earned reward income where applicable. Merchants and participants should consult their own tax advisors about reporting, withholding, recordkeeping, and local compliance obligations.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit proof of activity, manage a merchant campaign, or receive any reward, voucher, or promotional benefit through the platform.

The platform is intended for use in the United States. Merchants are responsible for confirming that their offers, services, fulfillment practices, and local advertising claims comply with the laws that apply to their business and location.

AIEP Growth may suspend, restrict, terminate, or remove accounts, campaigns, submissions, offers, or content for fraud risk, misuse, unlawful activity, nonpayment, abuse, security concerns, inaccurate information, or violations of these terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AIEP Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or merchant-customer disputes. Platform liability is limited to the amount paid directly to AIEP Growth for the affected service during the three months before the claim.

Merchants and users agree to indemnify and hold AIEP Growth harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, fees, and expenses arising from their campaigns, offers, submissions, content, services, business operations, legal violations, or misuse of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Florida unless applicable law requires otherwise.
